The Bullet Points of Our Agreement

Attendance is the responsibility of the Student/Student’s Guardian

1.      “The Contract”

This contract supersedes all previous agreements between La Di Da Lessons and the Student/Guardian concerning music lessons. In the event of any breach of the contract terms by the Student or the Student's Guardian, La Di Da Lessons reserves the right to terminate this agreement.

2.      “Lesson Duration” & “Punctuality”

These individual online lessons are the duration set forth in the contract agreement. We ask everyone please honor this timeframe. If a student logs on late for their lesson, it does not change the end time of the lesson. If, in the rare instance an instructor is tardy, the lesson will last as many extra minutes from start time as the instructor was late.

 3.      “Attendance”

Attendance is the responsibility of the Student/Student’s Guardian. He/she agrees to attend his or her lessons on the days and at times agreed upon with chosen instructor.

A 48-hour notice required for rescheduling. Missed lessons are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be done via the La Di Da booking page, and La Di Da Lessons reserves the right to make exceptions in cases of documented emergencies.

 4.      “Payment”

Upon reading and signing this contract, each Student/Student Guardian agrees to the agreed upon payment outlined in our contract. If payment is declined, access to lessons may be suspended until resolved.

 5.      “Suspension of Contract”

A 30-day written notice is required to suspend or cancel lessons. During this period, clients will be billed for the remaining lessons at a rate agreed upon in our contract. These lessons may be attended or transferred to another family member/friend upon request.

 6.      “Mailing List”

By signing, you agree to receive occasional updates from La Di Da Lessons. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
