Skyler is a guitarist, songwriter, and performer with 16 years of playing experience. His musical background is rooted in blues, ragtime, funk, folk, and classic rock, with The Beatles serving as a lifelong source of inspiration. In addition to performing and writing original music, he has spent years recording and producing in Logic and Ableton.

Skyler is passionate about helping students develop both technical skills and creative confidence. He enjoys teaching guitar fundamentals, music theory, songwriting, improvisation, and fretboard understanding through concepts such as the CAGED system, scales, and chord inversions. His approach emphasizes self-expression, curiosity, and helping each student connect with what they want to create musically.
